Norwich City is set to take on Aston Villa on Saturday 05th October 2019. Norwich has made the biggest upset of the season by beating Manchester City but other than that their form has been poor. They have lost four of their last five games in the Premier League. Aston Villa also has only one win with two draws and two losses in their last five games. League position-wise nothing can set them apart as they are in numbers 17 and 18 respectively.
Daniel Farke has been troubled with injuries this season. He has got even more injuries last week. Fahrmann, Godfrey, and Lewis are down with knocks at present. There is a very slim chance that Tetty and Vrancic could return to the team. Godfrey and Lewis could be fit enough to join the first team though. It is predicted that Norwich can go for 4-2-3-1 formation.
Aston Villa is frustrated after they conceded two equalizers to Burnley last week in a 2-2 draw. They will surely be looking for a win in this match. They are predicted to have a line-up of 4-3-3 as Targett is most likely to miss out on the class. The Villa boss Dean Smith to has many injured players who are doubtful for the match as Lansbury, Mings, and Wesley.
Both the clubs are promoted to Premier League this season but having a real hard time there. Last season Norwich had beaten Aston Villa on both the occasions in the Championship and their favorite to win this but also. Previously they have met each other in the Premier League in 1992-93 seasons where Norwich won on both times. Both teams are expected to score at Carrow Road though. However, it is expected that Norwich City will again triumph against Aston Villa.
